Chaff Chaps Timothy Chaff 1.5kg

Timothy hay has long been popular with rabbit and guinea pig owners. It is a good fibre source, it is sweet smelling and low in calcium. Our timothy hay is always a first cut hay and is grown in Southland.

We chaff cut it for convenience taking out most of the dust & boxed to protect against must & mould. Our chaff is considered a rough cut, it is slightly longer than most and will contain longer pieces of hay. This longer cut encourages longer chewing, resulting in increased digestability.
